Daidala Ciders dreams up creative, locally-sourced, small-batch hard cider. Our mission is to serve up finely-crafted ciders using unexpected and eclectic flavor combinations for your drinking pleasure. As a nomadic cidery, we use space from other facilities to produce our cider.

The word daidala (pronounced die-dah-lah) is derived from Daedalus, an inventor and craftsman of Greek mythology. Although he was a mortal, the Gods were in awe of his creations—so much so that the ancient Greek referred to finely crafted objects as daidala.

Our Ciders

We take our ciders seriously and craft recipes that allow each element of the flavor profile to shine. Sour, hoppy, barrel-aged, fruity—we are passionate about the diversity of shapes that craft cider can take, and we strive to be creative above all else. The American cider scene offers abundant choices, and Daidala Ciders wants to offer you a different drinking experience.
